1 2 #1. Page 7, by inserting after line 1 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Notwithstanding section 455B.183A, subsection 2,
1 5 paragraph "b", the total amount of fees for the
1 6 operation of a public water supply system required to
1 7 be adopted by the environmental protection commission
1 8 pursuant to that paragraph for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996,
1 10 shall not exceed the same amount that is appropriated
1 11 from the general fund of the state to the
1 12 administrative account of the water quality protection
1 13 fund under this subsection. Notwithstanding section
1 14 455B.183A, subsection 2, paragraph "b", the total
1 15 amount of moneys from the fees shall be deposited into
1 16 the water quality protection fund's public water
1 17 supply system account for purposes of supporting the
1 18 program to assist supply systems, as provided in
1 19 section 455B.183B."
