  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  3 following:  "The deduction for contributions to a
  1  4 family health account is allowed if the net income is
  1  5 sixty thousand dollars or less.  In the case of a
  1  6 married individual, the combined net income of both
  1  7 spouses shall be considered."
