  1  3    #1.  Page 6, line 26, by striking the words "is
  1  4 filed" and inserting the following:  "becomes
  1  5 effective".
  1  6    #2.  Page 7, line 46, by striking the word
  1  7 "utility" and inserting the following:  "local
  1  8 exchange carrier".
  1  9    #3.  Page 7, line 47, by striking the word
  1 10 "utility's" and inserting the following:  "local
  1 11 exchange carrier's".
