  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3386, to House File 492 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 2, line 22, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "quit." the following:  "The seventy-two hour
  1  7 notice shall provide the tenant with notice, by
  1  8 including a copy of subsection 3 with the notice, that
  1  9 the tenant may cure the clear and present danger."
  1 10    #   .  Page 4, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "quit." the following:  "The three-day notice shall
  1 12 provide the tenant with notice, by including a copy of
  1 13 subsection 3 with the notice, that the tenant may cure
  1 14 the clear and present danger.""
