1 5 residence" and inserting the following: "Residence".
1 6 #3. Page 4, by striking lines 29 through 34 and
1 7 inserting the following: "services, other than a
1 8 local exchange carrier."
1 9 #4. Page 5, by striking lines 37 through 40 and
1 10 inserting the following: "subsection 4. The board
1 11 may approve".
1 12 #5. Page 6, by striking lines 21 through 43 and
1 13 inserting the following: "the date of filing of the
1 14 plan, in a period beginning no more than two years and
1 15 not ending more than five years from the plan's
1 16 inception."
1 17 #6. Page 11, line 17, by inserting after the word
1 18 "rules." the following: "The tariffs implementing the
1 19 unbundled essential facilities shall not provide for
1 20 an increase in prices for basic communications
1 21 services except as provided pursuant to a proceeding
1 22 to establish initial rates under a price regulation
1 23 plan established under section 476.30B."
