  1  4 "registry." the following:  "The record of persons
  1  5 requesting information from the registry is a
  1  6 confidential record under section 22.7, subsection 9,
  1  7 unless the person requesting the information from the
  1  8 registry requests that the record of the information
  1  9 request be a public record."
