  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3542, to House File 530 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 11 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 3, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec. 100.  There is appropriated from the general
  1  8 fund of the state to the Iowa department of public
  1  9 health for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1994, and
  1 10 ending June 30, 1995, the following amount, to be used
  1 11 for the purpose designated:
  1 12    For travel reimbursement for the chronic renal
  1 13 disease program:  
  1 14 .................................................. $    150,000
  1 15    Notwithstanding section 8.33, the department may
  1 16 retain $150,000 which otherwise would revert and may
  1 17 carry over this amount to the fiscal year beginning
  1 18 July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996."
  1 19    #   .  Page 3, by inserting before line 14 the
  1 20 following:
  1 21    "The appropriation in this section is contingent
  1 22 upon actual revenues of the general fund for the
  1 23 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1994, and ending June
  1 24 30, 1995, exceeding $4,090,500,000 by at least
  1 25 $150,000."
  1 26    #   .  Page 24, by inserting after line 8 the
  1 27 following:
  1 28    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 100 of this
  1 29 Act which relates to the appropriation of funds to
  1 30 address the travel reimbursement costs for the chronic
  1 31 renal disease program of the Iowa department of public
  1 32 health, being deemed of immediate importance, takes
  1 33 effect upon enactment."
  1 34    #   .  Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
  1 35 word "abuse" the following:  ", and providing an
  1 36 effective date"."
