  1  1    Amend House File 519 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 14, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "permit." the following:  "The department shall not
  1  4 approve a permit for the construction of three or more
  1  5 animal feeding operation structures which are part of
  1  6 a single animal feeding operation, unless the
  1  7 applicant files a statement approved by an engineer
  1  8 for the levee or drainage district where the
  1  9 construction is to occur, that the animal feeding
  1 10 operation structures comply with the requirements of
  1 11 chapter 468."
