  1  1    Amend House File 519 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "operations." the following:  "The department shall
  1  4 not approve a permit for the construction of an animal
  1  5 feeding operation or animal feeding operation
  1  6 structure, unless the applicant files a statement
  1  7 approved by the county board of supervisors or a
  1  8 designee of the board, where the construction is to
  1  9 occur, that the county board of supervisors or
  1 10 designee has approved the construction site."
