  1  1    Amend Senate File 352, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 35, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "grant." the following:  "The provisions of this
  1  5 paragraph shall not apply to an applicant who was
  1  6 previously a resident of this state before living in
  1  7 another state and receiving aid to families with
  1  8 dependent children or to an applicant who has moved to
  1  9 this state to be near the applicant's parent or
  1 10 sibling."
