  1  1    Amend House File 519 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  A person shall not apply manure in a liquid
  1  5 form above the surface of the ground by use of a
  1  6 pressurized system of dispersal, including but not
  1  7 limited to a mechanical system commonly used for
  1  8 irrigation, if the equipment disperses a jet or spray
  1  9 of liquid manure more than twenty-five feet at any
  1 10 angle, or more than fifteen feet if set at an angle of
  1 11 more than forty-five degrees."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
