  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "who" the following:  "is an Iowa resident and who".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 18, by striking the words "Every
  1  5 committee" and inserting the following:  "Every
  1  6 candidate's committee shall maintain all of the
  1  7 committee's funds in bank accounts in a financial
  1  8 institution located in Iowa.  Every political
  1  9 committee".
