1 6 Sec. . NEW SECTION. 476.21A CERTAIN
1 7 ADVERTISEMENTS PROHIBITED.
1 8 Except for an advertisement for a utility's product
1 9 or service that is or becomes subject to competition,
1 10 advertising which is required by the board or by other
1 11 state or federal regulation, or advertising which is
1 12 deemed by the board to be necessary for the utility's
1 13 customers and which is approved by the board, a
1 14 utility shall not engage in advertising for the
1 15 utility's product or service."
