  1  1    Amend House File 163 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "person" the following:  ", other than a natural
  1  4 person,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 13 and inserting the
  1  6 following:  "entity.  A natural person who holds an
  1  7 interest in an authorized entity shall not hold an
  1  8 interest in another authorized entity, if all
  1  9 authorized entities in which the natural person
  1 10 would".
  1 11    #3.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting before the word
  1 12 "person" the following:  "natural".
  1 13    #4.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting before the word
  1 14 "person" the following:  "natural".
