  1  4    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY.  This Act applies only
  1  5 to causes of action accruing on or after July 1,
  1  6 1995."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  8 word "age" the following:  "and providing for the
  1  9 Act's applicability".
