  1  1    Amend House File 362 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "consumption" the following:  ", unless the product is
  1  4 designed for a useful life of greater than ten years.
  1  5 If the product has a useful life of greater than ten
  1  6 years, the action shall not be commenced more than two
  1  7 years after the expiration of the useful life of the
  1  8 product".
