  1  1    Amend House File 362 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    In an action seeking recovery of damages for
  1  5 personal injury or death caused by a product, the
  1  6 manufacturer of the product shall provide to the
  1  7 plaintiff the results of all tests performed on the
  1  8 product by the manufacturer or another person at the
  1  9 request of the manufacturer."
