  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3357, to House File 471, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the figures
  1  4 and word "4 and 5" the following:  "and inserting the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY OF WAIVER TO CURRENT
  1  7 INMATES.  An inmate currently serving time for an
  1  8 offense under section 1 of this Act may be eligible
  1  9 for a waiver of the mandatory minimum term of
  1 10 confinement if the inmate files an application with
  1 11 the court which sentenced the inmate to the term of
  1 12 incarceration and the court determines that the
  1 13 minimum term should be waived.""
  1 14    #2.  By numbering and renumbering as necessary.
