  1  1    Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "SEC.    .  The family farm tax credit allowed in
  1  5 chapter 425A, Code 1995, in effect on January 1, 1995,
  1  6 and the agricultural land tax credit allowed in
  1  7 chapter 426, Code 1995, in effect on January 1, 1995,
  1  8 shall continue to be allowed after the effective date
  1  9 of this Article."
