  1  1    Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "SEC.    .  The homestead credit allowed in
  1  5 sections 425.1 through 425.15, Code 1995, in effect on
  1  6 January 1, 1995, shall continue to be allowed after
  1  7 the effective date of this Article."
