  1  1    Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "date" the following:  ", and (3) real property
  1  4 valuation increases since the base date".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "governor;" the following:  "(   ) revenue received
  1  7 from regulatory or licensing fees imposed on users of
  1  8 the regulated or licensed services if the fees
  1  9 collected are used to fund the regulation or licensure
  1 10 of the activity;".
