  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3030, to Senate File 69, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 4, line 47, through page 7,
  1  4 line 34.
  1  5    #2.  Page 37, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  There is appropriated to the mental
  1  8 health, mental retardation, and developmental
  1  9 disabilities property tax relief fund for the
  1 10 indicated fiscal years from the general fund of the
  1 11 state in addition to any other moneys so appropriated
  1 12 the following amounts:
  1 13    a.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995,
  1 14 eight million dollars.
  1 15    b.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996,
  1 16 eight million dollars.
  1 17    c.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997,
  1 18 eight million dollars.
  1 19    d.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998,
  1 20 eight million dollars.
  1 21    e.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and
  1 22 succeeding fiscal years, eight million dollars."
