  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3030, to Senate File 69, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 13, line 41, through page 16,
  1  4 line 43.
  1  5    #2.  Page 16, by inserting after line 45 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec. 131.  Section 425.40, Code 1995, is amended
  1  8 by striking the section and inserting the following:
  1  9    425.40  LOW-INCOME FUND CREATED.
  1 10    The low-income tax credit and reimbursement fund is
  1 11 created.  There is appropriated annually from the
  1 12 general fund of the state to the department of revenue
  1 13 and finance to be credited to the low-income tax
  1 14 credit and reimbursement fund, from funds not
  1 15 otherwise appropriated, an amount sufficient to
  1 16 implement this division."
  1 17    #3.  Page 19, by striking line 8.
  1 18    #4.  Page 19, line 11, by striking the figures "27,
  1 19 28, 29, and 30".
  1 20    #5.  Page 19, line 12, by striking the figure "37"
  1 21 and inserting the following:  "131".
  1 22    #6.  Page 19, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 23 "credits" the following:  "or rent reimbursement
  1 24 claims".
