  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act shall not take
  1  6 effect unless an appropriation is made in accordance
  1  7 with section 25B.2, subsection 3, which fully funds or
  1  8 funds a proportionate share of the costs of
  1  9 implementing this Act.""
  1 10    #2.  By numbering, renumbering, and correcting
  1 11 internal references as necessary.
