  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 15, by striking lines 20 through 37 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "party shall file and serve
  1  5 upon the other party requests for discovery pursuant
  1  6 to the rules of criminal procedure."
  1  7    #2.  Page 15, by striking lines 47 through 50 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "aggravating or mitigating
  1  9 circumstances."
