  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 46, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "retarded" the following:  "or mentally ill".
  1  5    #2.  Page 4, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "retardation" the following:  "or mental illness".
  1  7    #3.  Page 4, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "retardation" the following:  "or mental illness".
  1  9    #4.  Page 4, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "retardation" the following:  "or mental illness".
  1 11    #5.  Page 4, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "retardation" the following:  "or mental illness".
  1 13    #6.  Page 9, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "retarded" the following:  "or mentally ill".
  1 15    #7.  Page 10, by inserting after line 20 the
  1 16 following:
  1 17    "For purposes of this section, "mentally ill" means
  1 18 the condition of a person who is suffering from a
  1 19 mental disease or disorder and who, by reason of that
  1 20 condition, lacks sufficient judgment to make
  1 21 responsible decisions regarding treatment and is
  1 22 reasonably likely to injure the person's self or
  1 23 others who may come into contact with the person if
  1 24 the person is allowed to remain at liberty without
  1 25 treatment."
