  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, line 6, by inserting after the words
  1  4 "limited to," the following:  "a rule which requires
  1  5 that any person responsible for or who takes part in
  1  6 administering the intravenous injection of the lethal
  1  7 quantity of sodium thiopental or other substance shall
  1  8 at a minimum be licensed to practice as a registered
  1  9 nurse and".
