  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3030, to Senate File 69, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 16, line 46, through page 18,
  1  4 line 45, and inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec. 80.  Section 426.1, Code 1995, is amended to
  1  6 read as follows:
  1  7    426.1  AGRICULTURAL LAND CREDIT FUND.
  1  8    There is created as a permanent fund in the office
  1  9 of the treasurer of state a fund to be known as the
  1 10 agricultural land credit fund, and for the purpose of
  1 11 establishing and maintaining this fund for each fiscal
  1 12 year there is appropriated thereto from funds in the
  1 13 general fund of the state not otherwise appropriated
  1 14 the sum of thirty-nine forty-nine million one three
  1 15 hundred thousand dollars of which the first ten
  1 16 million dollars shall be transferred to and deposited
  1 17 into the family farm tax credit fund created in
  1 18 section 425A.1.  Any balance in said the fund on June
  1 19 30 shall revert to the general fund of the state."
  1 20    #2.  Page 19, line 12, by striking the word and
  1 21 figure "and 37" and inserting the following:  "80, 37,
  1 22 and 38".
  1 23    #3.  Page 19, by striking lines 15, 16, and 17.
