  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3087, to House File 126 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 9 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "requirement of the
  1  5 franchise agreement, provided that the termination by
  1  6 the franchisor is not arbitrary or capricious when
  1  7 compared to the actions of the franchisor in other
  1  8 similar circumstances.""
