  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3097, to House File 126 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "franchise" the following:  "but does prohibit a
  1  7 franchisor from exercising a right of first refusal
  1  8 with respect to a transfer of a franchise to a
  1  9 surviving spouse or heir who is seeking to qualify as
  1 10 a franchisee or who becomes qualified as a
  1 11 franchisee"."
  1 12    #2.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "partner" the following:  "or shareholder".
  1 14    #3.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "partner" the following:  "or shareholder".
  1 16    #4.  Renumber as necessary.
