  1  2 printed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 21 the fol-
  1  4 lowing:
  1  5    "kk.  Any statement made by a pregnant minor to an
  1  6 officer of the court in connection with the
  1  7 proceedings under this section, shall not be used as
  1  8 evidence against the pregnant minor or an alleged
  1  9 impregnator in any criminal or juvenile proceeding
  1 10 brought pursuant to section 709.4, subsection 2,
  1 11 paragraph "b"."
