1 5 "(5) The pregnant minor elects not to allow
1 6 notification of the pregnant minor's parent and the
1 7 pregnant minor provides documentation of counseling
1 8 regarding the performance of an abortion from a member
1 9 of the clergy. For the purposes of this paragraph,
1 10 "member of the clergy" means an ordained member of the
1 11 clergy."
