  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3009, to Senate File 13, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 43, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "appointment" the following:  ", appointed by the
  1  6 governor".
  1  7    #2.  Page 4, line 21, by striking the figure "14"
  1  8 and inserting the following:  "18".
  1  9    #3.  Page 4, by inserting after line 26 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "#   .  Page 15, by striking lines 19 and 20 and
  1 12 inserting the following:
  1 13    "b.  A false original or copy of the notification
  1 14 document mailed to a parent or a false copy of the
