  1  1    Amend Senate File 13, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  A person who will perform an abortion on a
  1  6 pregnant minor shall inform the pregnant minor of the
  1  7 requirement of notification of a parent of the
  1  8 pregnant minor prior to the performance of an abortion
  1  9 on the pregnant minor, of the option available to the
  1 10 pregnant minor to petition the court to authorize
  1 11 waiver of the notification requirement, and of the
  1 12 other exceptions to required notification."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
