  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3009, to Senate File 13, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 5 through 9 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "   .  The person responsible for impregnating the
  1  7 pregnant minor shall also be involved in the viewing
  1  8 of the video and in the receipt of written decision-
  1  9 making materials."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
