4BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
1 Section 1. Section 321I.9, subsection 3, Code 2017, is
2amended to read as follows:
33. All-terrain vehicles or off-road utility vehicles used
4exclusively primarily as farm implements.
5EXPLANATION
6The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with
7the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly.
8This bill provides that registration is not required for
9all-terrain vehicles or off-road utility vehicles that are used
10primarily, instead of exclusively, as farm implements.
