    CHAPTER 1081CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES — SCHEDULE I ADDITIONSS.F. 2116AN ACT adding substances to schedule I of the controlled substance schedules, and providing penalties.Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa:   Section 1.   Section 124.204, subsection 4, Code 2016, is amended by adding the following new paragraphs:   NEW PARAGRAPH.  al.  4-methyl-N-ethylcathinone. Other names: 4-MEC, 2-(ethylamino)-1-(4-methylphenyl)propan-1-one.   NEW PARAGRAPH.  am.  4-methyl-alpha-pyrrolidinopropiophenone. Other names: 4-MePPP, MePPP, 4-methyl-[alpha]-pyrrolidinopropiophenone, 1-(4-methylphenyl)-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-propan-1-one.   NEW PARAGRAPH.  an.  Alpha-pyrrolidinopentiophenone.
