The main street linked investments loan program is administered jointly by the treasurer of state, department of economic development, and the state historical society. The rules of the society for this program are identical to the rules of the department of economic development for this program and are adopted by reference. See 261 IAC 43. The rules of the treasurer of state concerning funding of the program appear as 781 IAC 4.These rules are intended to implement Iowa Code sections 12.51 and 12.52.
