CHAPTER 152Lifetime trout fishing licenseH.F. 234AN ACT establishing a lifetime trout fishing license for certain older Iowans.Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa: Section 1. Section 483A.24, Code 2021, is amended by adding the following new subsection: NEW SUBSECTION. 19. Upon payment of a fee established by rules adopted pursuant to section 483A.1 for a lifetime trout fishing license, the department shall issue a lifetime trout fishing license to a person who is at least sixty-five years of age. The department shall prepare an application to be used by a person requesting a lifetime trout fishing license under this subsection.Approved June 8, 2021
