reporting of false information to law enforcement authority.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. Section 708.7, Code 2021, is amended by adding
the following new subsection:
NEW SUBSECTION. 07. A person injured by a violation of
section 1, paragraph “a”, subparagraph (4), may bring a civil
action against the person whose conduct violated section 1,
paragraph “a”, subparagraph (4).
