3BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
1 Section 1. NEW SECTION. 504.103 Limitation on requirements
2imposed on corporations.
3A state agency or state official shall not impose any
4regulation or reporting requirement on corporations, as defined
5in section 504.141, that exceeds the requirements of state or
6federal law.
