2convention for the Condition of the Judiciary
3Address.
4BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
5SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
6houses of the 2021 session of the Eighty-ninth General
7Assembly be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at
810:00 a.m.;and
9BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Chief Justice Susan
10Christensen be invited to present her message of the
11condition of the judicial branch at this convention,
12and recommend such matters as the Chief Justice deems
13expedient, pursuant to section 602.1207 of the Code.
