IOWA GENERAL ASSEMBLY LOBBYIST REPORT | ||

This report must be filed by all lobbyists registered with the Iowa General Assembly not later than twenty-five days
following any month in which the general assembly is in session and on or before January 31, July 31, and October 31.
Exception: If you are a person who is designated to represent the interest of an organization as defined in section 68B.2, subsection 13 paragraph "a", subparagraph (2) of the Iowa Code (reproduced on page 2), but you are not paid compensation for that representation and do not expend more than one thousand dollars as provided in section 68B.2, subsection 13 paragraph "a", subparagraph (4) you are only required to file this report once annually at the time you file your lobbyist registration form.
