A bill for an act relating to workers' compensation, including certain benefits and procedures administered by the workers' compensation commissioner, workers' compensation liability insurance, liability insurance, confidential information filed with the workers' compensation commission, liability of third parties, subrogation and indemnification of employers, and repeal of provisions specific to occupational disease compensation, and providing penalties.
