A bill for an act relating to public education funding by establishing the state percent of growth and the categorical state percent of growth for the budget year beginning July 1, 2018, eliminating future repeal provisions for collection of sales tax for deposit in the secure an advanced vision for education fund, and authorizing uses for revenues received from the fund.
