H.F. 798 Section 1. Section 481A.54, Code 2021, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 2A. A person shall not discharge a 3 firearm from within or on a motor vehicle while in pursuit 4 of game. This subsection does not prohibit a person who 5 uses a stationary motor-driven land conveyance intended to 6 accommodate that person’s physical disability from hunting from 7 the conveyance, as provided by rules adopted by the department 8 pursuant to this chapter or chapter 483A. 9 -1- HF 798 (4) 89 js/rh/md 1/ 1
