Code

is

amended
by
adding
the
following
new
paragraph:

c.
A
city
shall
not
adopt
or
enforce

any
regulation,
restriction,
or
other
ordinance
related
to

residential
property
rental
permit
caps
on
single-family
homes

or
duplexes.

Sec.
2.
EFFECTIVE
DATE.
This
Act,
being
deemed
of
immediate

importance,
takes
effect
upon
enactment.
