H.F. 516 Section 1. Section 34A.3, subsection 1, paragraph a, Code 1 2019, is amended by adding the following new subparagraphs: 2 NEW SUBPARAGRAPH . (3) The sheriff of each county, or the 3 sheriff’s designee, is entitled to voting membership on the 4 joint 911 service board. 5 NEW SUBPARAGRAPH .
