order
to

transfer
the
patient
to
the
Iowa
medical
and
classification

center
and
if
the
order
is
granted
the
patient
shall
be
so

transferred.
The
county
attorney
of
the
county
shall
appear
in

of
the
application
on
behalf
of
the
administrator.
