H.F. 2372 Section 1. Section 321.1, subsection 8, Code 2020, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . 0e. A farmer or the farmer’s hired help, 3 who is eighteen years of age or older, is not a chauffeur 4 when operating a special truck owned by the farmer and used 5 exclusively to transport the farmer’s own products or property 6 to a destination no more than one hundred miles from farmland 7 owned or rented by the farmer as measured by calculating 8 the straight-line distance between the farmland and the 9 destination. 10 -1- HF 2372 (3) 88 mo/ns/md 1/ 1
